We are on a college campus and have access to student help, but if you just
want help with the construction you might try looking around for local
on-call preparators.  Also you might investigate any people on-call in the
local theater groups.  I am here in Houston and I know there is a large
community of on-call help.  I have had alot of success with these groups
helping put up shows.
