Consider contacting a professional saddle company. Located in Cheyenne is Synergise Saddles. Browse through some online companies such as Dover Saddlery, under 'tack stands and racks' - will give an idea of items used to properly store tack. Might want to contact a local 4-H or other "pony club" to help in cleaning the tack.
