That is a site for the Virginia 2003 Production Services Directory.

There is one dialect coach, although I don't know if the person can help.

However, there are other contacts on the page who were involved with the filming for the movie "Gods and Generals." There was a lot of work on dialect and all with the production of the movie.

The dialect coach for the movie, itself, was Robert Easton, but my contacts don't have any contact information for him.
