With respect to my recent query about Campaign Budgets I have received only a few responses but they have brought up some good
points that lead to other questions.
I have always assumed that naming opportunities of exhibits should include not only the actual cost of the exhibit but also
all design fees, architectural-mechanical-plumbing-electrical cost for the space the exhibit resides in. Yes this raises the
cost of the exhibit and it might take several individuals to pool their monies together to pay for the exhibit but it dos not
leave holes in the financial system. No one wants to have a toilet named after them and everyone wants an exhibit so why not
include a percentage of the accessory spaces into each exhibit price to cover these no sell or hard to sell areas. Please your
thoughts! And please, Please, Please send whatever information you have so we can get ready for this board meeting. Thanks
