As the Mom of a 6 month old I find these "Family Restrooms" great!  The
local mall (Fair Oaks in VA) has one and its a godsend when I'm alone with
Hannah.  The room has a comfy place to sit and a changing table, complete
with a sink! (nice to be able to wash my hands with out moving the baby).
Then there are two bathrooms, both big enough to take a child or two in
with you if you want, both have locking doors, real doors not stall doors
so your kids stay inside.  The bathrooms are big enough to get a stroller
in and turned around in - or a wheelchair.

This type of Family restroom gets my vote!
