Have you thought of using the vinal lettering that is common on signs?
It's easy to apply and looks similar to think screen printing, but someone
with the correct machine needs to "cut" it for you.

Just happen to know a good printer in your area who can do this - Printing
Headquarters in Kensington. MD Ask for Danny.
