I found a couple of interesting databases created by other organizations for
managing grants in Microsoft Access.  Below is a link to one you can
download in version 97 or 2000.

The one that I've used fairly exclusively is not on the computer I'm
currently using, so if you are interested in seeing a copy of it--I can't
remember offhand where I downloaded it from--I'd be glad to forward a copy
