If the policy is worded "no bare feet allowed" all bases may be covered.
The next question would be, "but what about infants who aren't wearing
shoes yet?" which I can't account for concisely, but it COULD say "no
bare feet allowed to touch the floor or exhibits"...or you could go w/
an international icon of a shoeless adult w/ a circle around the feet &
a slash thru it...

Just for curiousity.

with no feet.

I believe I understand the "no shoes" policy that may
be considered.

However, what about Veterans or just people that were
born with no feet.  Would they "also" be excluded from
the fine education in our finest museums?
