One source of small cabinetware items is Lee Valley Tools, a Canadian
company with a US base in Ogdensburg NY, from whence they ship US orders.
Look at their website and order a catalogue. It is an excellent source for
small brass hinges and other fittings. It is also perhaps the most
comprehensive supplier of fine woodworking tools on the continent.
