Kristina:

Just today, I was reading an article titled "Visitors in Front of the
Small Screen" by Barbara Flagg.  It can be found in the publication: What
Research Says about Learning in Science Museums, volume 2, published by ASTC
(Assoc. of Science-Technology Centers).  There is a pretty good
bibliography at the end of the article.  Let me know if I can fax you a
copy.
