Is there a web site where one can access biographies of artists - just brief
ones, like with gender and place of birth and lifedates for a start...
Sometimes I just need a quick check on an artist's vital statistics.
Other times I feel like I'm re-inventing the wheel to pull together something
brief to go on the wall next to the object.  Any help graciously appreciated.
