The Mariners' Museum seeks a highly creative, team oriented
individual to plan, manage and coordinate all aspects of the
exhibits department.  Must have the ability to provide
administrative leadership, management, and direction for
creative and technical staff, in addition to contractors.

Experience in producing scholarly exhibitions with broad
public appeal.  Knowledge of fabrication and installation
techniques, design development, interactive displays,
computer assisted exhibits, Internet, CAD and new
technologies adaptable for museum quality installations
is required.

Minimum of a B.F.A. or other design-related degree or
equivalent, and at least five years experience at advanced
level of exhibit design required.  Museum or curatorial experience
are an advantage.  Reports to the Director of the Museum.
