Doug:

The Oklahoma Museums Association published a technical leaflet (Technical
Bulletin 5, July 1990) on this topic and listed the following sources for
time capsules:

Time Capsules, Inc.
PO Box 5008
Richmond, VA 23220
804-355-1721

American Aluminum Company
230 Sheffield St.
Mountainside, NJ 07092
201-233-3500

Hope this helps.

Best,

Michelle Crow-Dolby
