IMMEDIATE OPENING: COLLECTIONS MANAGER

The Center for American Archeology, an independent not-for-profit research
institution, has an immediate opening for a Collections Manager.   The
successful candidate will have a masters degree in  anthroplogy/ archeology,
museum studies, history, historic preservation, or related field. Field
archeology experience a plus.  Additional skills will include knowledge of
Midwest archeology, understanding of database management, professional
software applications and the ability to communicate effectively in oral and
written communications. Strong organizational skills, and ability to work
unsurpervised are essential.  Salary commensurate with
