For our upcoming workshop on Traveling Exhibitions at AAM in Dallas, we are
looking for a few examples of current exhibition contracts that are
thorough, up to the minute and include sections on access; organizer's
approval of floor plan and press releases; proper use of images, etc. Any
other information regarding changes to insurance and shipping requirements
after the events of last September that you have experienced and would like
us to share with your colleagues will also be appreciated. We will
certainly acknowledge the organization's input and appreciate in advance
your time and consideration. Cheers! Please send them as an MS Word
attachment to:
