I can't tell you where to get OZ clips, but I can tell that the original film
is stored in the salt mines under the city of Hutchinson, Kansas. Many old
movies are stored there by a company called Underground Vaults & Storage.
You may want to give them a call--they may be able to help. Their telephone
number is (316) 662-6769.

I've seen the storage facility. Indeed, the Wizard of Oz is safe from Kansas
tornados.
