In this discussion of rights & repros, it would be enormously helpful if 
someone would share actual costs - as in "I charged $200 for one-time rights 
(to "X") to a textbook publisher" or "I charged $1000 per image for 
unlimited worldwide rights in all media to a major documentary film 
producer" or "I charged $$25.00 for "X" rights to "X" to ...."

You get the idea. What kinds of fees are actually floating around out there? 
I'm at a loss when asked, and I suspect I'm undercharging. But then most of 
our requests are from very small nonprofits and scholarly enterprises. I 
wish I could be negotiating with Disney!
