Magi--

Mary Lou Patriarca at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago might share
some boilerplates with you. She's seen it all and has done contrcts there
forever. 773/684-1414 X2417

Mik Jacobs at the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts in Harrisburg,
Penn., might also have some for performers, scriptwriters, set/lighting designers,
etc. 717/221-8201

There's also a group called ALI-ABA that offers courses and publications on
legal issues for nonprofits; some time back there was a course on contracts.
