Hi Laura,

I was trying to help someone with a specific question, and I assumed those
who were interested took the time to download and those who had no interest
didn't bother. State laws are lengthy by their very nature, and mime format
is EXTREMELY common and useful over the internet - all you need to have is
an interest in obtaining the right decoders.

Why am I getting this obnoxious mail from you all? I Am I supposed to
apologize? Or pay people for their time? I download lengthy attachments all
the time, if I'm interested in the topic. If you're not interested, DON'T
BOTHER TO DOWNLOAD!

Does it occur to any of you how long it might have taken me to compile the
data into a readable format to help Josephine? Should I not have bothered
trying to help? Maybe those of you who are so annoyed at spending 5 minutes
downloading a helpful text should all do your OWN blasted research the way
professional museum workers do!

Yikes, lighten up.

Allan
