Lisa,

Cape Fear Museum has used Re:discovery since the summer of 1995 and we have
been very pleased with it. Both staff, volunteers and interns have voiced
satisfaction with its intuitive nature. We have always received good
support and the folks at Re:discovery Software are ready to listen to your
needs/requirements and make every attempt to satisfy them. They are
located in Charlottesville, VA and their number is (804) 975-3256 or visit
their website at www.rediscov.com. Feel free to call me @ (910) 341-4350
if you have any questions about our use of Re:discovery.

Tim Bottoms
Registrar

PS. I see Vivian Lea Stevens of Re:discovery Software has beaten me to the
punch on suggesting their product. Hi V.L. (call soon)!

Subject: Collections software

My museum is planning to buy a new collections software program. Right
now we have SNAP for DOS, but want to upgrade. I have been looking at
PastPerfect, Argus, and a couple of others. I would appreciate any
opinions people have on which programs they like best and why. Thanks.
