We have worked with the seattle children's museum to create an ACCESS
application that is working fairly well. The strong points are the ability
to generate reporting statistics and confirmation materials very easily.
The weak point is the inability to view the filled and un-filled slots in
your tour schedule on one computer screen. We are still using paper to
block out tour openings, but keeping most tour data in our database.

ACCESS also is farily easily to learn, so that us museum educators can
easily modify the program to fit changing needs after the initial
programmers have finished their contract.

Good Luck!
