Janice,
If I was hanging this mirror and there was no problem with screws or similar
hardware in the wall, I would use "L" hooks.  You can cover these hooks with
plastic tubing (non-pvc) to prevent reaction.  If you are concerned about it
tipping, you can put them at the top and the bottom.  Use the appropriate
size hook for the weight of the mirror.  I buy all my "L" hooks and tubing
at the local hardware (Lowe's specifically).
