I guess a lot of us already have appointment calendars on their
desk, with days and times marked down when patrons visit us.
In addition to MY appointment calendar, I made up a form I fill out
monthly that records new collections and additions to existing
collections, books accessioned into the library, research questions
answers, etc. As you can see, I wear many hats in my special
collections and I HAVE to write things down to remember everything!
The report comes in very handy when I need to see when people came
through my office. If anybody is interested, I'll be glad to share my
report with you. {:-Deb
