I´m working at the Museum of America in Madrid , Spain. It´s a museum about
America, the main idea of the museum is to make people know America through
the society, the history, (before and after the colonization), the religion,
the art...etc. The collections are very importat, and for example its the
museum of the world with more "casta paintings" of the XVII mexican area.
The problem is that the objets at the exhibition seems all the same, the
visitor can´t know which ones are important and which are less important.
This days I´m finishing a proyect for producing a brief guide for the
visitors. The idea is to choose 110 objects, and with ecah photograph write
a text of 80 words which explains the importance of that object. Does anyone
make something similar? Does anyone knows some bibliography about "producin
guides"?...thanks for your help and excuse me for my english.
