Dear List,

 

I  have my B.F.A. in Art History and would like to work as a registrar in a museum.  I have been considering Museum Studies Programs but would like to know what professionals in the field think about the differences between a Museum Studies degree and a Certificate of Museum Studies.  I have looked at the Harvard Extension School's CMS and I am concerned about just getting a 'certificate'.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
