Michael,
Whenever anyone is looking for guest books or albums I always suggest
J.L. Hanson in Chicago. While they don't specialize in the museum trade
(good luck with that one) they have always delivered and well-crafted,
economical, on-time product to me. The number I have is 800/642-6766 and I
have dealt with Jan Singer. AFAIK they have no electronic connection, but
I haven't checked for about three years now.
Standard disclaimer (I'm just a satisfied customer). Best. David
