Here Here to Claudia's tale!  Interviews are the "personality stage" as
well as checking on qualifications.  Attitude is important as well - a
positive one will get you far.  I'll never forget having someone say to me
after I interviewed successfully for an adminstrative position - we liked
you because you said that you would be willing to clean toilets and sweep
floors when necessary.
