I would recommend you contact the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in
Los Angeles;

They had filming done in their galleries for a comedy with Steve Martin
(who I believe donated a large number of works to them) for a film of
his several years ago- for those of you who may or may not remember it,
he roller-skated down the halls with Jamie Lee Curtis filming him with a
camcorder ( his character was a wacky weather man and he meets Victoria
Tenant...

You might also contact your local Real Estate Board for any guidelines
pertaining to the use of filming in private residences.  There are legal
factors regarding reimbursements for the use of one's home, plus how to
deal with any potential damage incurred from the occupancy.  These
guidelines can also be of use.

Plus!  Work very closely withwith your Registrar and facility managers
for the safety and security of your collections!
