I agree that the original query should have ALSO been sent to CoOL, but
perhaps you could explain why the original query does not belong on
Museum-L? Conservation is an essential part of the museum world these days,
and therefore I don't see why it can't be discussed on this list. How does
this request for conservation advice differ from previous ones which have
been posted and answered without censure?
