I used to live and work in Saratoga Springs, New York (about 3 hours north
of NYC). We boast more museums per capita than New York City – about 21 in a
county with approximately 210,000 people.

Not that it's a contest or anything ;)

Best,

Celebrate Women's History Month in March at the Center for History. Visit
our exhibition about the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League,
which was immortalized by the film, A League of Their Own.

The Museums Association (of the UK) lists 230 museums in London
(England) in the 2005 Museums & Galleries Yearbook.
