Hello Everyone -- First, thank you all for your assistance with my previous
question about interpretation at historic sites.

I have another question, which I hope some of you might have thoughts on. I
am planning summer sessions for students (k-12) and am putting together the
schedule. These are 1 - 2 hour sessions each on a vast array of topics with
specialized tours. Many of these sessions could be on the same day, to make
a week long camp offering. However, I am trying to determine if it would be
best to schedule these programs on weekends, or if it would be alright to
schedule them on the weekdays (since it will be in the summer). The
challenge I am facing is that some children might be in camp and weekends
would be a better opportunity for attendance and participation. But, has
anyone planned summer programs like this and had success with them scheduled
during the week, and if so what would you recommend?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

Sheri
