Hello, folks --

Me again. My face is red. While going through my email this morning, I
accidentally deleted an off-list posting that was exactly on-target with the
above subject.

It was from someone (female, I think), west of the Mississippi (I think),
with an organization with multiple institutions (I'm sure), that had
in-house legal counsel (I'm sure of this, too). In short, just the
response I was looking for.  -- Murphy lives!

If it wouldn't be too much trouble, would you please re-send your
response? I _promise_ I'll be more careful with that cursed <<Delete>> key
this time.

Also, if someone else has, or knows of an institution with, in-house
counsel, please let me hear from you. It's not too late.
