Dear List - 
We are a museum in a small community and receive many requests to host
local artist's work and other gallery shows on a wide range of topics.
We have not had a formalized process for reviewing these requests.  To
date we ask the group or artist to submit a proposal with samples of the
works (photos are encouraged).  We are hoping to have a more formal
process and a document that can be used to strengthen our position when
we don't accept the show and the flexibility to potentially take a show
from a non-traditional source.

Does anyone have a process that is successful and documents they are
willing to share?
