Approved tenure-track position, Assistant or Associate professor level, in San
Francsico State University's M.A. Program in Museum Studies, to begin Fall 
2007.  We are seeking candidates with expertise in any combination of the 
following areas: access & diversity, museum PR and marketing, visitor studies & 
audience research, exhibit evaluation & assessment, docent training & volunteer 
management, heritage tourism, earned income operations, and interpretation. 
Candidates should have 5 years experience in museum employment and a terminal 
postgraduate degree appropriate to the field (all degree requirements must be 
completed by 8/1/07).  Duties include teaching at the graduate level, research 
& publications, thesis/internship supervision, advising, and curriculum 
development. Salary competitive, commensurate with qualifications.  For more
