The newly opened The World of Glass founded by The Pilkington Glass Company
at St. Helens, UK. may help you. Because they the PILKS (that is how the
employees call 'em) have succeeded many of the light house lenses work of
the Chance Brothers at Birmingham.
The company had a museum named Pilkington Glass Museum (est. 1968) at their
head office but relocated it at another place in St. Helens in March 2000.

ps) Most of the light houses in Japan are built by the Stevenson Bros. of
Glasgow with the lenses of Chance Bros. in 19th century.
