Director of Development and Major Gifts/Endowment/Planned Giving Officer,
Indianapolis Art Center

Responsible for overall management of Development department and direction
of major, endowment and planned gifts efforts.  Must have track record of
results in the nonprofit sector and 4 to 7 years experience in hands-on
fundraising. This is an organization in an accelerated expansion mode, thus
a top candidate should have a working knowledge of endowment and planned
giving cultivation. Because IAC is a key player in the expansion of Broad
Ripple Village as a designated cultural district and due to the advent of
our ARTSPARK project, the candidate must be able to work in an energetic
team atmosphere. Must demonstrate skill in leadership, excellent written and
oral presentation and database management experience.
