A Polish creche from Krakow would also be a wonderful thing to include.  There
is a contest every year.  They look like a cross between a Disney Castle and
the church on the main square, with characters from Polish folklore and modern
politics hanging out the windows and are worked on for the whole year. I'm
sure the tourism council could provide you with one from their collection
along with the history.  There is also a folklore museum in Krakow that could
provide you with a lot of information regarding the history of these
creations.
