Contact JoAllyn Archambault at the American Indian Program at the National
Museum of Natural History, Smithsonian Institution (202-357-4760). Her office
has a comprehensive list of tribal museums in the US that I compiled in 1992.
If she no longer has it or it is outdated, try contacting the American Indian
Museum Studies division of the Office of Museum Programs (202-357-3101) -
they too have a list. Let both offices know what you are doing, they may want
a copy. Good Luck!
