Hello,

I am looking into various storage options for oversized blueprints. Our archives is temperature and RH controlled, but the storage drawers are unfortunately the old wooden variety. I know that blueprints can off-gas, so while I'd put other oversized paper items under a mylar pocket in an acid-free folder, I'd imagine blueprints are not recommended for that enclosure. 

Is flat storage in acid-free folders considered the most ideal enclosure for blueprints? I read that acid-neutral folders might be more suitable, but that if temp and RH do not fluctuate, acid-free is fine.
