On a recent visit to the Albertina, Vienna, only facsimilies were on
display---and obvious only to connoisseurs (dare I use the word?)
and those obsessive enough to read the fine print.  Would this
matter to the larger public if they knew?  Do the larger public
often visit specialized institutions like the Albertina?  What does
this say about their attitude toward their viewing public vs.
preservation?  So many questions, with so many conflicting, valid
responses.  Just another nuance for this discussion.
