Greetings Marilynn,

Thinking outside the box . . . buy a batch (or solicit a donation) of
picture frames and hire caricaturists for the event so volunteers can have a
framed drawing.  (As you work at a historic site, ensure the caricaturists
are provided with pictures of period costumes and artifacts to create
content appropriate drawings.)
