Gallery Manager

Description: The Gallery Manager is a full-time, exempt position who oversees
and coordinates exhibit and floor program experiences throughout the museum.
Gallery Managers should have a high interest and/or background in science,
technology and learning to ensure that The Tech's visitors enjoy inspiring,
educational experiences. Primary emphasis is on delivering excellent and
relevant customer service for the museum's diverse audience.

Requirements: Degree in science, communication, education or related field or
equivalent Experience. High interest in science and/or technology. Experience
working with the public.                          Experience supervising staff.
Excellent public speaking, presentation and communication skills.
                          Experience in education or training preferred.
Fluency in a second language a plus.  Must be able to work one weekend day and
most holidays.
