I didn't answer the second portion of your question.  I find that digital
photos are mostly requested by the media and charges for those services
vary.  If they are giving us free advertising, the photo is provided free
of charge.  If the requestor is doing a major research project, we work
with them to determine a fair price for a group of digitized photos.
