We get 4 paid holidays officially: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years day.  However there are certain perks like comp time and time and a half for working certain other holidays when the park is open but the administrative staff is off.  As for vacation, we get 7 hrs. 50 min. a month the first year (approx. 12 days a year) and 8 hrs a month for sick leave.  All this increases with each year, but I couldn't tell you what the exact amounts are.
