I am seeking information on a toy race track game I have--ca.
1900. It consists of a box with a race track on top. You pull
back a side lever and the nine horses on top spin around on the
track. The only identifying markes are "Germany." Each of the
    horses is numbered, 1 - 9.

I believe this was some sort of gambling game (there is also a
metal bowl in the center of the track where I assume bets were
placed), but have no instructions for how it was played. Any help
    would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
