Try Craigslist.

I sold  couple a hundred LP's a few years ago on Craig's list. Even if  
you give them away, "free to first person to pick them up," they are  
likely to be to a collector or vintage record store. If you sell them  
there isn't near the hassle as eBay, you don't pay commission on  
anything, but you probably won't get as high a price.

Don't let people pick and choose. Sell the whole lot or nothing. If  
your staff wants them, let them go through Craig's List.
