The Children's Museum at Saratoga Springs, NY, seeks an Executive Director
who will work closely with an active board that has heretofore functioned
as staff.  Key responsibilities for the director in the immediate future
will include overseeing a move to larger space, creation of new exhibits,
expansion of educational programming, developing a volunteer staff, and
grant writing.  Salary and hours negotiable. (Saratoga Springs is 25 miles
north of Albany, has about 25,000 residents, is the home of Skidmore
College, and is well known for its thoroughbred racetrack, its mineral
waters, and its Performing Arts Center.)
 
Successful candidate will have managerial experience, preferably in a
