I'd like to apologize for the tone of a message my company
posted on Museum-L yesterday announcing the publication of
our GOS book. The information in the message was accurate,
but the format and phrasing were the cyberspace equivalent
of talking too loud. I intend to make sure that all future
announcements from our end are in a tone more appropriate to
this forum.
