Dear Breanne,

We've used Volgistics (a cloud based system) for over 3 years and love 
it. We have about 120 volunteers in two different facilities here in 
Springfield.  It is very user-friendly for the volunteers. We do utilize 
the touch screen kiosk option in both buildings for signing in and also 
have some folks who volunteer at home and log in their hours remotely. 
There was a bit of a learning curve for me to set it up, but the 
Volgistics staff is very good about answering questions in a timely 
manner.  The monthly fee depends on your number of volunteers, number of 
archived records, etc. For us it is around $50/month and worth every 
penny in terms of the time it saves me. I also love the reporting
