It's hard for me to not see a museum as a temple or
shrine. I am an undergraduate in Murfreesboro, TN
which is Southeast of Nashville. Nashville has a
replica of the Parthenon that was built as part of the
state's bicentennial. When you walk into the Parthenon
and see the statue of Athena towering over you, it's
hard to not feel like you are in a shrine.
